Chris O'Dowd recorded lines for Tigger in Christopher Robin. Test audiences didn't like it. Disney replaced him with Jim Cummings, who has been Tigger's voice since 1988. Cummings also voices Winnie-the-Pooh, which means he was essentially talking to himself for a good chunk of the movie.

The forest scenes were filmed at Ashdown Forest in East Sussex. That's not set decoration. Ashdown Forest is the actual place that inspired the Hundred Acre Wood when A.A. Milne wrote the original stories.

The concept for an adult Christopher Robin film was first pitched to Disney in 2003. It sat untouched until 2015.

Someone on Backlot just watched it. It holds up.
