Kiefer Sutherland broke his wrist doing a motorcycle wheelie during production of The Lost Boys. He concealed the cast with gloves for the rest of filming, and the crew adapted the bike for his left hand. He said almost nothing in the film. Joel Schumacher later praised his presence as one of the strongest in the cast.
